At Brookside Institute we know that for most people, the cost of treatment is a very real concern. We also understand that the quality of treatment is just as important, if not more so. We have taken great care in developing programs designed specifically to provide the highest quality of care.

Treatment is individualized for each and every patient based on his or her specific needs. We are not a "one-size fits all" program. Price variations depend on the length of treatment, the level of care offered and other factors that can include medication management or other specific needs of our patients.

Currently, our protocol is an outpatient program with a minimum 30-day commitment. The program will require you to travel regularly to our facility in Newport Beach, California, although it is designed for you to continue with normal daily activities such as work or school.

Multi-Disciplinary Team

Brookside Institute’s depression treatment protocol requires a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, physicians, pharmacologists, therapists, counselors and nurses.

All-Inclusive Pricing

Some programs will quote a rate that is not all-inclusive. In some cases, centers bill separately for doctor's appointments, psychiatric consultations and therapy sessions, so your actual cost is thousands of dollars more than the price quoted in the advertising. At Brookside Institute, our treatment program is all-inclusive. Our treatment programs are tailored to the needs of the individual, allowing us the ability to offer more extensive treatment options, to build the strongest foundation possible for your success.

Insurance

Brookside Institute is a private pay facility and payment is required in full at the time of admission; we do not bill your insurance. If you request, we will provide you with a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Insurance policies and benefits vary widely, and we will assist you in obtaining information on your policy concerning your individual benefits and coverage. While we will make every effort to provide the information you will need to obtain reimbursement for the services covered by your individual policy, we cannot guarantee coverage or timeliness of reimbursement. Some of the procedures may be covered by your insurance carrier, while others, known as “off-label” uses of approved medical devices ordered by and supervised by a physician, may not be covered.

We accept all major credit cards as well as personal and cashier's checks, and we have financing available through a third-party on approved credit. At this time, Brookside Institute does not accept Medicare/Medicaid/Medi-Cal.
